    My son is two, he started waking up at 4am and wouldn’t go back down. Plus he was fighting every single nap and would throw tantrum. We got the clock 2 days ago, he stayed in bed till 6 both days AND today he went down for a nap without a fight! He just says “ok sleep now until sun comes back” like WHAT!? Absolutely worth it. It might take a little time to explain and enforce but they are smart and will get it.
