Meet Lihi, your dedicated Calgary-based doula. As a wife, mother, and animal lover with two fur babies, Lihi understands the transformative journey of parenthood. Her own experience giving birth to her daughter, Belle, ignited her passion for doula work.
Lihi’s mission is to offer personalized support to her clients, ensuring they have the confidence, encouragement, and resources they need for a powerful, empowering, and positive journey into parenthood. With a heart full of compassion, Lihi is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those she supports, drawing from her background of volunteering with both people and animals.

All services include a complimentary meet & greet to get to know one another and discuss how I can best support you & your family
Postpartum Doula Support
Daytime & Nighttime
Daytime visits:
Min. 4 hour visits @ $40/hour
Overnight visits:
8 hours visits @ $40/hour
- Postpartum support is tailored to your personal needs and may include:
- Breastfeeding/ Bottle feeding Support
- Newborn Care Assistance Care Assistance (Bathing, Changing, etc.)
- Sibling Support (if applicable)
- Light Household Work (Light meal prep, Laundry Folding, etc.)
- Overnight Care so parents can get much needed sleep
- Refer / Recommend community resources tailored to your personal needs
- Grocery pick up
Birth Doula
- 2 Prenatal Visits
- 24/7 on call support
- UNLIMITED phone / email support
- Access to my lending library
- Emotional, physical and informational support for birthing person (and your partner)
- Continued labor support from the time I join you until birth
- Complimentary photos of your birth (if desired)
- 1 Postpartum visit (1-2 hours)
